A great news I think. Adobe Lightroom 2 has been released. If you already own Lightroom 1 the update is 119 €. The upgrading process depending of your library structure will take some 10 minuts. In my case it took 15 minutes but it seems that nothing was lost. All the plugins are operationnal. You can read more about this big update here.

Hydra ?????? 1.5 is the latest version of Creaceed’s imaging software. New in this version is import and export to Aperture as well as direct process within Aperture via the new beta plugin; it also offers true HDR merging (in addition to the original image blending). Hydra also offers tone mapping with Highlight Compression and Local Adaptation, a better fullscreen mode, and improved processing speed and accuracy. Pricing for new customers is $60. Finally! the upgrade to Aperture is here. Aperture 2 has over a 100+ new features, and from the helaf hour I just spent with the trial it has improved greatly!
Check it out at Apple’s web site. Pricing has dropped to $199. European pricing unknown it this time, but will probably be 199€! Upgrade is $99.
